FAQ'S

You may have some questions so we have listed the main topics we get asked about. If however we haven't covered what you would like to know please send us an email through the Contact Us section and we will send you a reply.

1) When will I receive my order?

Once we receive confirmation of payment the order processing starts. We will send a follow up email confirming the dispatch of items you have purchased. Some larger or personalised items take longer but usually we will deliver within 5-10 working days.

We use Royal Mail standard service, if you require items faster, or need recorded or next day delivery please email us and we can advise you about costs.

Please be aware that we are unable to take liability when there are exceptional circumstances, i.e. adverse weather conditions, overseas parcels can take a little longer depending on destination, customs etc.

2) Will I receive all my items together?

We will endeavour to dispatch your order in full and in case of any delays due to a personalised or larger item we will inform you of the status and expected delivery date of the order.

3) Can I place an order from Overseas?

Yes you can. As International delivery charges will vary please make a note of the items you wish to purchase and send us an email through the 'Contact Us' page. We will then confirm the delivery charge based on your order requirement.

 

4) I missed my order delivery, what should I do now?

The courier will leave you a card explaining that they missed you. Please contact them on the number or email link shown on the card and reschedule the delivery for another time when you can receive it.

5) I am missing some items, what happens now?

All orders are automatically processed and the packing is checked and signed by an operator. If however you are missing an item please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement but you must notify us within 7 days of goods receipt.

 

6) I received the wrong item

All orders are processed through specific product codes, it is very rare for the wrong product to have been picked and then subsequently sent through packing. If however you have received the wrong item please contact customer services in writing as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement, this must be done within 7 days of goods receipt.

7) Can I cancel my order?

If for any reason you have placed an order by mistake or no longer want the items purchased you can cancel the order provided it is done so within 30 minutes of order placement. After this time it will be automatically processed and cannot be stopped.

8) What is the returns policy?

Loveislamshop.com will exchange or refund your purchase if we receive the claim within 7 days from receipt of goods.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods we will cover the cost of postage to send the goods back to us.

 

Exchanges and unwanted goods

Loveislamshop.com will not cover postal costs for goods that you wish to exchange or do not require. All goods must be sent back in a resaleable condition with original tags still intact. The customer needs to arrange the return of the goods at their own expense.

 

Products which cannot be returned unless faulty

Due to Health & Hygiene reasons we will not refund Hijaabs, Underscarves, Hijaab Pins, Hair accessories, Fragrances (once packaging has been opened) and Jewellery unless the products are faulty.

 

Personalised Gifts are designed specifically and supplied by Loveislamshop.com to order and will only be refunded if faulty or damaged

 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a resaleable condition or damaged en route to Loveislamshop.com

 

Refunds

A refund to the value of the goods will be issued within 14 days of the receipt of returned items.

9) When will I be charged for the order?

The payment is taken immediately and once accepted the order is confirmed.

10) How do I pay for the order?

Payments are processed through PAYPAL to provide our customers with a secure payment platform. Once you are ready to complete the order you will be taken to a PAYPAL screen to make the payment via your credit or debit card. You are not required to have a PAYPAL account in order to make the payment.
