Ordering Process

For all our product range, orders need to be placed online. This is the easiest and safest way for our customers to order items from


The ordering process has been designed to be simple for our customers. Once you have made your selection choices, added them to the shopping basket, you will be taken to PayPal, a secure payment site, to enable us to process your payment quickly, efficiently and securely.


We do not collect any Bank Account or Credit Card details from you, this is all handled and processed through PayPal. Once the payment has been approved, you will receive an automated email acknowledging the order and be issued a unique order reference, for your records.


By placing an order with you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.


Cancelling an Order

If for any reason you have placed an order by mistake or no longer want the items purchased you can cancel the order provided it is done so within 30 minutes of order placement. After this time it will be automatically processed and cannot be stopped.


Delivery Policy

For deliveries into UK Mainland addresses, no deliveries will be made to PO Boxes. Usually orders placed will be delivered within 5-10 working days depending on the number of items and type of products ordered. Some larger items and personalised gifts are made to order and have a longer delivery lead time. Please note there are specific comments in the product sections against items that have a longer lead time.


Orders usually require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The person signing for the goods is accepting receipt of the products for themselves or the person who placed the order at the delivery address. If there is no one to receive the goods, the courier will leave a card confirming the attempted delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to reschedule the delivery in a timely manner, before it is returned to as undelivered.



We charge for delivery based on the weight of the package to provide fair costs based on the actual total weight of the ordered items rather than blanket charges.

Total weight less than 100g will incur a £2.00 charge for postage and packing

Total weight less than 1000g will incur a £3.00 charge for postage and packing

Total weight less than 2000g will incur a £4.00 charge for postage and packing

Total weight less than 4000g will incur a £8.00 charge for postage and packing will have no liability to the customer in respect of delayed or cancelled deliveries due to circumstances or events beyond our control including traffic or transport problems, road closures, adverse weather or industrial strikes.


International Orders

We have now started International deliveries, once you have selected the items you wish to purchase please send us an email through the 'Contact Us' page and we will confirm the overseas delivery charge for your order.


PLEASE NOTE: The maximum weight of package for which we have confirmed postage costs on International orders is 2Kg. For orders above this weight we will need to enquire and confirm back to the customer the actual shipment cost. Any order will be pending based on the confirmed cost being accepted by the customer after which will process the order.


All deliveries will be sent through Business Airmail, we can also arrange recorded deliveries. If you require this service please send us a request through the 'Contact Us' page, we will confirm and advise of the cost for this service.


Pricing reserve the right to change pricing of products and postage & packing charges at any time.  We also reserve the right to remove products without prior notice. However should any changes arise after an order has been placed that is still within the processing system then we will honour the original price of purchase or delivery charges as indicated in the policy at that time.


Returns Policy will exchange or refund your purchase if we receive the claim within 7 days from receipt of goods.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods we will cover the cost of postage to send the goods back to us.


Exchanges and unwanted goods will not cover postal costs for goods that you wish to exchange or do not require. All goods must be sent back in a resaleable condition with original tags still intact. The customer needs to arrange the return of the goods at their own expense.


Returns due to sizing

All sizes quoted are approximate but listed as accurately as possible and footnotes on most products. It is the Customers responsibility to check the appropriate size they require before placing the order. We will refund or exchange an item if not required by the customer but you will need to cover postal charges to send back the goods.


Products which cannot be returned unless faulty

Due to Health & Hygiene reasons we will not refund Hijaabs, Underscarves, Hijaab Pins, Hair accessories, Fragrances (once packaging has been opened) and Jewellery unless the products are faulty.


Personalised Gifts are designed specifically and supplied by to order and will only be refunded if faulty or damaged


We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a resaleable condition or damaged en route to



A refund to the value of the goods will be issued within 14 days of the receipt of returned items.


Usage of the website

All the image and text content included on the website, such as graphics, logos, button icons, images, text, descriptions and software, is the property of and it's partners protected by UK law and International copyright and database right laws.


You may not download, duplicate or reuse any part of the website and it's content without written consent from


Whilst we intend to always have the website available for our customers we cannot control Internet availability and subsequent accessibility of the website. We reserve the right to temporarily prevent access to the website during product, software, programming, maintenance upgrades and release access as soon as the required work has been carried out.


Customer feedback

Whilst we encourage our customers to get in touch with us and tell us about their shopping experience and ways in which we can improve our support to you, reserves the right to exclude any comments or emails posted on our blogs that use abusive, inflammatory or derogatory language. We also reserve the right to cancel customer accounts in such circumstances without notice but without any cost to the customer.
